COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

In the coastal town of Deerfield Beach in Florida less than an hour from Miami, Javier Echenique and his team were responsible for designing and decorating Crystal Riviyera, a new construction residential complex consisting of 5 floors and 113 apartments. Echenique Studio also was responsible for designing the lobby, the Club House, the pool area, gym and common areas. All paintings exhibited in the building were created by Javier Echenique especially for this project. Paintings of 48x48 inches, made with spatula, mixing sand and acrylic. Concluded on 2017.
